Using TopStyle with Adobe GoLive 5

To use TopStyle with GoLive 5, select Edit > Web Settings, then switch to the "File Mappings" tab. Next, expand the text/ item and click on the css item below it. The Inspector will now show the file mapping settings for CSS files, enabling you to change the application to use for opening CSS files.

Once this is set, double-clicking a style sheet in a GoLive site will open it in TopStyle instead of in GoLive.

Using TopStyle with Adobe GoLive 4

In order to use TopStyle with GoLive 4, select Edit > Preferences > General > File Mapping and check the box labeled "Enable file open in other applications." Next, edit the CSS entry in the list of file extensions by selecting "Browse..." and locating TopStyle.

Once this is set, double-clicking a style sheet in either of GoLive's site views will open it in TopStyle. Alternatively, you can right-click on a style sheet and select "Open in TopStyle" from the context menu.

Note: In order for style sheets to appear in GoLive's graphical site view, make sure that "Media Files" is checked on the inspector's "Filters" tab.
